A statewide demand-aggregation directory that shows NSW councils which Australian-recycled soft-plastics products are worth buying, pools their demand to unlock volume pricing, and connects to the procurement pathways they already use.
What we built: Supplier catalogue, council demand-pooling, RFI capture, and a public activation site — designed and built end-to-end.

Tidal Shift
A reverse-logistics and product-stewardship platform for moving hard-to-move materials viably — matching materials to carriers already running those routes, and coordinating the transport, chain-of-custody and reporting that make it work.
What we built: Multi-organisation platform: loads, carrier corridors, chain-of-custody, RFQs and reporting.

A configurable expression-of-interest and request-for-information engine — volume capture, confidentiality and terms sign-off, participant tracking, one-click colleague sharing and automated follow-ups.
What we built: Survey and workflow engine with an admin back-end, running live council RFIs.
